All the Star that Collides - First Impressions

All the first year students  were to be reported on 20th of July, 2022 at the college. I was the very first one to reach to our room and expect 3 other roommates. My mother was helping me to organize my stuffs when a girl with a wolf cut hair and stern looking appearance entered the room. Honestly, I thought she came from a remote eastern school because she was wearing an orange pant that day and people nowadays do not prefer bright colors. But I knew I was wrong with my assumption the moment she took out her phone. Yes, she was carrying an iphone.  Moreover, Pema Choki completed her high school from Drugyal. Before coming to the college, I exchanged texts with one of the roommate other than Pema. When I checked her profile,  she looked short, cute and chubby. I was cleaning out the shelf when a tall, slim and pretty girl arrived. Rosna looked much taller and prettier than in the picture. At first, she looked quite shy and also, introverted.  The last one to arrive was Tshering Pem, classmate of Pema Choki. So far in my life, I have noticed that most people with pretty faces often have a mean personality. Tshering Pem has a beautiful face so I thought she would have a twisted personality but she was not. She was really sociable and kept the conversations going. However, now that I know them very well, they are the best set of roommates. Pema Choki is such a sweetheart. She looks like she would say " I do not talk with boys" but among four of us, she is the one who is frank with everyone including boys. Moreover, she lets anyone use her phone to take good pictures and is always cool with it. Also, she still prefers bright colorful outfits. Rosna and Tshering Pem, they broke my stereotypes on 'pretty faces, mean personality'. They are the mother of our group. Both are equally kind, patient and funny. I am so comfortable with my roommates that they feel like home. People say that the friends you make in college are the friends you will have for life, I think I have already found mine.
